About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) to operate Dry Van Line Haul routes. This position is designed for drivers who prefer a solo environment with no driver load or unload responsibilities. You can expect an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week, with a gross total weekly average pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,900.
Our team is supported by 24/7 dispatch to ensure smooth operations. To support your time on the road, trucks are equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Drivers are paid every Friday, and additional semi-annual bonuses are provided based on both driver and company performance.
Home Time
The typical schedule involves 5 days out on the road, though drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The home time structure allows you to earn 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, ensuring you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process
We pride ourselves on a quick hiring process. Qualified candidates can expect to be driving a truck within 2 to 3 days of starting the application process. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.
Requirements
To join our team, you must hold a Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L/Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, candidates must have at least 3 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
