About the Role
This position is for a Company Driver (W2, Solo) operating out of Kansas with the flexibility to haul loads throughout the US. The role focuses on line-haul refrigerated transport, offering significant earning potential based on your work ethic. Drivers earn between $0.60 and $0.80 per mile, with additional percentage-based opportunities available for those who self-dispatch. The average weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $2,200, with an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. A key feature of this role is that drivers do not handle loading or unloading.
Home Time & Lifestyle
The schedule is designed for Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers. You can expect to be out for 14 days at a time, though you have the option to stay out longer if you prefer. The home time structure provides 2.5 days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.

Hiring Requirements
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, candidates must have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience. Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified applicants.
