About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) with Holmes Company, you will operate a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This role is designed for drivers who value stability and partnership with a company that invests in their success. You will enjoy a schedule that typically keeps you out for 5 days, with the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer, while earning 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked. Most drivers find themselves home every weekend.
In this position, you will not be responsible for driver load or unload duties, though you will handle approximately 25% tarping. Compensation is driven by PC Miler Practical Mileage, with bonuses issued twice a year. The average weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,800, based on an average of 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week.
