About the Role
As a Company Driver on a solo OTR flatbed team, you will operate with a focus on safety and efficiency. This role offers a unique work-life balance, typically requiring 5 days out on the road, with the flexibility to stay longer if desired. Drivers can expect to average 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week with no driver load or unload duties, though tarping responsibilities account for approximately 25% of the work.
You will be compensated based on PC Miler practical mileage, with bonus checks issued twice a year. The position includes a referral bonus program, safety bonuses, and a recognition and safety award program. To support your well-being, we provide single-room hotel accommodations, transportation, and a free passenger program. Additionally, all necessary safety gear, including hard hats, clipboards, and safety guides, along with Holmes merchandise, is provided at no cost.
Hiring Process
We are looking for candidates with a valid Class A license and at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience. Selected applicants will participate in a one-on-one training program to ensure they are fully prepared for the road.
