About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for solo drivers who value stability and professional growth. You will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo, allowing you to focus on safe and efficient driving. The role includes a 25% tarping requirement.
Drivers can expect an average of 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week. Compensation is structured around PC Miler Practical Mileage, with bonus checks issued twice a year. The average total weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,800.

Our schedule is designed to support work-life balance. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend. The standard rotation involves 5 days out, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. For every 5 days worked, you earn 2 days of home time.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A license and have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
