As a Company Driver, you will operate a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for solo drivers who value consistency and support. You can expect an average of 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week with a schedule that typically keeps you out for five days, allowing you to stay out longer if you prefer. A key feature of this role is the home time policy: you earn two days of home time for every five days worked, ensuring you are home every weekend.
Unlike many other driving positions, this role includes no driver load or unload duties, with only 25% tarping required. You will be compensated based on PC Miler Practical Mileage, with bonus checks issued twice a year. The company also offers a referral bonus program, safety bonuses, and a recognition and safety award program.
