About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a flatbed trailer on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for solo drivers (W2) who prefer a schedule that balances time on the road with regular time at home. You can expect to average 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week, with a typical schedule of five days out followed by two days of home time, ensuring you are home every weekend. While the role involves 25% tarping, there is no driver load or unload required.
Drivers are compensated based on PC Miler Practical Mileage, with bonus checks issued twice a year. The average total weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,800. To support your journey, the company provides a one-on-one training program and supplies essential gear at no cost, including a hard hat, clipboard, Holmes merchandise, and safety guides. Additional perks include a referral bonus program, safety bonuses, a recognition and safety award program, and a free passenger program. Single-room hotel accommodations and transportation are also available.
Hiring Requirements
To join the team, candidates must possess a valid Class A license and have at least three months of tractor-trailer experience.
