Voyager Express is a driver-owned company that treats its team like family. We offer flexible lanes designed to help you find the right balance between income and home time, whether you prefer to be home every day or out for weeks at a time. Our fleet consists of well-maintained equipment, and we provide comprehensive benefits to our drivers.
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, you will be responsible for transporting goods while maintaining a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle. The role averages 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week with a total weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,600. A key feature of this position is that drivers are not required to load or unload cargo. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus to new hires.
Our scheduling model is designed for flexibility. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. For every 14 days worked, you earn 7 days of home time, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
Candidates with 12 months of tractor-trailer experience will be placed on a probation period upon joining. To be eligible, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), or No Semi Trailer (O).
Voyager Express is an equal opportunity employer. We have specific policies regarding pets and riders: dogs are permitted for a fee of $300 (deducted incrementally from paychecks), and riders must be at least 18 years old and sign a waiver. We offer medical, vision, and legal benefits, along with paid vacation.
