The Role

As a driver with Exxact Transport, you will operate exclusively in the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas (including Dallas and Houston). You will drive 53' Dry Vans with no trailer rental fees. Our operations are designed for efficiency, featuring 85% drop-and-hook loads and 90% no-touch freight. There is no forced dispatch, allowing you to maintain control over your schedule.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers can expect a gross annual income of $260,000, with weekly gross earnings ranging from $4,800 to $6,000+. This includes 70% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge. Paydays occur every Friday. We provide a fuel card offering a .32 cent per gallon discount. Additionally, we offer free auto liability and cargo insurance, IFTA support, and an available IRP tag. A standard deduction of only $160/week applies, and paid orientation is provided for new hires.

Home Time

We believe in flexibility. Drivers can design their own home time, with weekly home time available.

Application Instructions

To join our team, applicants must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including holding a current Class A CDL, being at least 23 years old, and having verifiable experience with 53ft trailers in the last three years. Please note that we do not accept drivers currently in the SAP Program.
