About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is designed for business-minded drivers who value the flexibility of running their own operation while accessing a robust agent base and consistent freight opportunities. Whether you are interested in regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes, you will have the freedom to choose freight that aligns with your preferences.
As a partner with UACL, you will leverage our technology tools for load management and documentation, ensuring seamless communication with our 300+ freight agents nationwide. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you manage your own schedule, plan routes to maximize efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer service at every pickup and delivery location.
Hiring Process
Our onboarding process is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate a fast start. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our dispatch network and operational support systems.
