The Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program.

In the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. In the Direct Program, you enjoy dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We now accept drivers operating dry vans, power-only units, flatbeds, and reefers on OTR, regional, or local routes.

Our programs are built to support your bottom line and your peace of mind. Drivers earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Additionally, we offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, general liability coverage, cargo insurance, and we cover your semi-annual DOT inspection. We also recognize excellence with awards for clean roadside inspections and provide Driver Advocates for Partners.

Application Instructions

To apply, please let us know which program sounds right for you. We are currently accepting applications for drivers with a valid CDL-A and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Please note that a negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority.
