About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will gain access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes.
In this position, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs. Our 24/7 operations and road service support ensure you are never alone on the road, allowing you to focus on safe, efficient delivery while we handle the complexities of administrative support.
Hiring Process
We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will complete an online orientation to quickly integrate into our system. Once onboarded, you will be connected with our operations team to discuss trailer rental options and begin accessing freight opportunities immediately.
