About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct programs. With our Connect Program, you can run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, Regional, or Local routes, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to help you succeed.
Hiring Process
To get started, apply now and let us know which program sounds right for you. Once you submit your application, we will review your qualifications, including your CDL-A status and driving history. If selected, you will complete a virtual orientation before beginning your journey with us.
