About the Role
UACL Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States. As a contractor within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation.
What You Can Expect
As an Owner Operator with UACL, you will build relationships with over 300 freight agents nationwide. You will benefit from 24/7 operations and road service support, ensuring you are never stranded. Our platform offers flexible compensation structures, allowing you to choose between percentage-based or flat-rate trailer rentals to maximize your profitability. Whether you are running regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes, actual pay-per-mile and weekly gross earnings vary based on customer needs and your preferences.
Application & Onboarding
We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding process. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to quickly get started. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our technology tools for load management, communication, and documentation, allowing you to plan routes that minimize empty miles and maximize fuel efficiency.
