About the Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you are looking for OTR, Regional, or Local routes, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to help you succeed.

Hiring Process

To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, specifically no DUI convictions in CMV and no suspensions within the last two years.
