About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.

Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management, communication, and documentation. The position offers the freedom to choose your preferred freight lanes—regional, OTR, or dedicated—while maintaining a strong safety record and professional representation of the UACL brand at every pickup and delivery location.
