As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose the path that fits your lifestyle. With our Connect Program, you can run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, Regional, or Local routes. Whether you are looking for the flexibility of the Connect Program or the stability of the Direct Program, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to handle the details so you can focus on driving.

Hiring Process

To get started, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test result before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection to ensure you stay compliant and on the road.
