About the Role
Whether you prefer the autonomy of running your own business or the stability of dedicated runs, we have a program for you. With our Connect Program, you can operate your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. As an owner operator with us, you will have access to OTR, regional, or local routes, along with personalized maintenance escrow and back-office support to keep your business running smoothly.
Hiring Process
To get started, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection to ensure you remain compliant and on the road.

Requirements

- verified2 years commercial driving experience within last 36 months
- verifiedNegative drug test results
- verifiedNo DUI convictions in CMV
- verifiedNo DUI convictions in non-CMV in 5 years
- verifiedNo driver's license suspensions within last 2 years
