Melton Truck Lines brings over 72 years of industry experience to the road. We are a legacy carrier that places drivers at the heart of our operations, building a driver-focused experience designed around your success. Whether you are an experienced driver, a recent CDL graduate, or a transitioning military veteran, we have a place for you in our team.
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed division. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect to average between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week.
You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the road ahead without worrying about breakdowns. The role includes comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. As a flatbed driver, you will also earn industry-leading tarp pay, averaging up to an extra $10,000 annually.
We offer a flexible OTR schedule where you can bank unlimited days to fit your personal needs. You will never be alone on the road; our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist you. Additionally, we support your life on and off the road with programs that allow you to bring a pet or a loved one along.
