About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about breakdowns.
Melton provides comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. As a driver, you will be supported by a dedicated team available 24/7 to ensure you have what you need whenever you need it. This role offers the opportunity to earn industry-leading tarp pay and participate in programs that allow you to bring a pet or loved one along on the road.
