About the Role
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical breakdowns. The role offers an average of 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week, with the opportunity to earn industry-leading tarp pay and competitive layover and detention pay.
You will receive comprehensive flatbed training to gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to ensure you have what you need whenever you need it. The position includes flexible home time options, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule, and offers unique programs to bring a pet or loved one along on the road.
