About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed team. As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide, typically spending 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. This role is ideal for those who value independence and the opportunity to build a sustainable career while maintaining a connection to home through our flexible OTR home time program.
You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical issues. Our comprehensive flatbed training program provides the hands-on securement skills and confidence needed to excel in this specialized field. Drivers can also take advantage of our Road Warrior Program, choosing between extra days of home time or additional cash, and benefit from industry-leading tarp pay and referral bonuses.
