About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to secure their own assets without the traditional barriers of entry. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring no brokered freight and consistent work. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to make the transition to ownership seamless. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and feature a 100% walk-away clause with no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. Drivers earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. Additional financial benefits include big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon, a $1 balloon payment, and a manufacturer warranty on the truck with no out-of-pocket maintenance costs. You will also have the option to use customer trailers with no rental fees.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of experience and OTR background. We review applicants with no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. If you meet these criteria, you can join our team of lease contractors today.
