About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators who want to focus on managing their business while transitioning into truck ownership. The role offers a unique blend of support and autonomy, ensuring drivers can concentrate on their operations while the company handles the logistics of freight and maintenance. Drivers will work exclusively with 100% refrigerated freight, utilizing a network that avoids brokered loads to keep drivers rolling consistently.
Program Highlights
The lease purchase program is structured to remove financial barriers for new partners. It features $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees, with all costs disclosed upfront. Drivers can expect to earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. The fleet consists of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks, and drivers have the option to use customer trailers with no rental fees. Additionally, the program includes a $1 balloon payment and a 100% walk-away lease option.

Hiring Process
