About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators and experienced OTR drivers looking to become truck owners with minimal upfront risk. You will be driving 100% refrigerated freight within an expansive customer network, ensuring no brokered freight and consistent loads. The role emphasizes a "no-touch" experience with 50% drop-and-hook freight and pre-loaded trailers, supported by a dedicated fleet manager to keep you rolling.
Program Highlights
We prioritize our lease purchase drivers by making the entry process straightforward. The program features $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees with all costs disclosed upfront. Drivers utilize 2023–2026 model automatic trucks and have the option to use customer trailers without rental fees. The lease structure is a 100% walk-away agreement ranging from 3 to 4 years, featuring a $1 balloon payment and a manufacturer warranty on the truck with no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must possess a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to join our team of lease contractors.
