About the Role
At Keim TS, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We prioritize keeping our drivers safe and comfortable, which is why we maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) with Cummins power engines. Our trailer-to-truck ratio is over 2-to-1, ensuring drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. Top-notch mechanics keep the fleet in top running order to keep you moving.
The Experience
You will enjoy dedicated home time and paid weekly paychecks. Our loads are designed for efficiency, with 60% pre-loaded and 45% pre-tarped, and we do not handle hazmat or Canadian routes. Drivers benefit from new equipment, 1800W inverters, and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. We also offer a free rider program and phone reimbursement.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. You must have at least 12 months of experience and a solid work history. The process includes passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing), a urine drug screen, and a background check showing no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
