We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, supported by top-notch mechanics to keep vehicles in top running order. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we ensure efficient operations for our team.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and modern equipment; 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, with no hazmat or Canadian routes involved. We do not utilize slip seats, and our trucks feature 1800W inverters and a 68 mph cruise speed (up to 75 mph). You will be part of a team that values your well-being, offering a free rider program and paid weekly compensation.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history, at least 12 months of experience, and pass an agility test capable of lifting and carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing. A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
