About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, with no hazmat and no trips to Canada. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring 1800W inverters and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time on the road. Our top-notch mechanics ensure the trucks remain in top running order.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have at least 12 months of experience, a solid work history, and pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years.
