About the Team
At Keim TS, we are dedicated to delivering America's dreams by hauling building products across the country. We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually to support our drivers. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we minimize wait times, allowing drivers to spend more time on the road delivering loads. Our top-notch mechanics ensure these vehicles remain in top running order.
About the Role
As a Company Driver at Keim TS, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, with no hazmat and no trips to Canada. We do not use slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). Drivers enjoy dedicated home time and are paid weekly.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have at least 12 months of experience, a solid work history, and pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
