About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and comfort: 60% of our loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring 1800W inverters and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. We maintain a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1 and employ top-notch mechanics to keep our equipment in top running order. This role involves no hazmat and no Canada routes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and having a solid work history with at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing), a urine drug screen, and demonstrate a clean driving record for the past five years (no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions). Veterans are welcome, as our program is GI Bill approved.
