Class A CDL Company Driver - Regional - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Regional CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our logistics team. This position offers a unique opportunity for drivers who value consistency and work-life balance, featuring a schedule designed to keep you home daily from Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will perform direct store deliveries, shuttle operations, and backhauls within the regional area. The job is structured to provide a predictable routine, with daily shifts typically starting between 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. While the primary focus is on weekday operations, occasional weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Drivers in this position can expect an average weekly earnings of $2,300. Compensation is structured through a combination of cents per mile (CPM) and per-stop rates:

• Direct Store Deliveries: $0.66 CPM / $75 per stop
• Shuttle: $0.66 CPM / $25 per stop
• Backhauls: $0.66 CPM / $25 per stop

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL. Additionally, all applicants must successfully pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet all DOT medical requirements.
