When you're a Company Truck Driver with Baggett, you're in the driver's seat of your career. Dispatch works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure consistent home time. We utilize flatbed and stepdeck trailers to haul an assortment of specialized freight across the United States.

Application Instructions

To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and licensing history. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and have one year of over-the-road driving experience within the last five years. You must be able to pass a DOT physical and adhere to our strict drug and alcohol policy.

For team drivers, additional requirements include U.S. citizenship, no felony convictions, and specific financial standing regarding bankruptcy or repossession. Please note that this role requires a clean driving record regarding DUIs, DWIs, and specific moving violations.
