About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A truck drivers to join our Flatbed Division, where you can maximize your earning potential by hauling consistent, steady miles of oversized flatbed loads. This role is designed for drivers who want flexibility and a supportive environment. If you do not have prior flatbed experience, no problem—we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road.
Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer, with an average age of just 16 months. Drivers operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly features including refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
Hiring Process
All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license. We offer an all-expenses-paid orientation held in a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN, or Appling, GA. Upon completion, you will be ready to start earning with our competitive pay structure, including a $6,000 hiring bonus and various stop and load-specific pay incentives.
