The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point (we do not operate in the Northeast). Our fleet consists of modern 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with leather seats, CB radios, refrigerators, microwaves, and entertainment systems to ensure comfort on the road.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM, plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Full-time drivers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, HSA, 401k, and PTO.

We welcome drivers who want to bring their pets along. A refundable $300 deposit is required, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six monthly payments of $50.

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
