We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you may bring a family member or friend to join you. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM on an average of 5,000 miles per week.

Drivers have the flexibility to choose home time that works for their lifestyle, supported by 24/7 driver support.
Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety is a core value, and we require a clean record: no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
