We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the consistent miles, freight, and equipment you need to succeed.
Solo OTR drivers average over 2,000 miles per week, with top performers earning $1,600+ weekly. For those looking to drive with a partner, our Team Drivers program offers an average of 5,000 miles per week with a split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist new teams.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your schedule. Drivers can choose home time that works for them, ensuring a balance between earning potential and personal life.
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A), being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Additionally, drivers must have no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
We are committed to supporting our drivers with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, as well as a 401(k) match and stock purchase plan. We offer paid vacation after one year, paid orientation, and tuition reimbursement. Additional coverage includes basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. We also provide pet insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.
Drivers benefit from 24/7 support and the opportunity to earn sign-on bonuses, which vary by role and experience. We foster a culture of safety and reliability, ensuring that our drivers have the resources and support they need to thrive on the road.
