About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team setup, we provide the consistent miles and freight needed to maximize your earnings.
Solo OTR drivers can average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one, or support you in bringing a family member or friend on board. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week.

Application & Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Specific bonus qualifications and pay rates based on route and experience should be discussed directly with a recruiter.

- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
