About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as either Over-the-Road (OTR) or Regional drivers. OTR drivers will run solid miles, staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time, while Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Our fleet features assigned tractors, and we offer a take-home option for qualified drivers. We pride ourselves on 98% no-touch freight, ensuring a comfortable and efficient driving experience.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must have an active Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and possess 6+ months of experience within the last 12 months. We do not consider applicants with recent safety terminations. Qualified drivers will participate in a paid orientation process before beginning their journey with Bison.
