About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to keep your focus on the road.
For Solo Drivers, the average is 2,000+ miles per week with a competitive pay rate of 57-64 CPM based on experience. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,750 weekly. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a starting split of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring on a family member or friend with the help of our sponsorship program.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment averaging 18 months old. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. Our paid orientation program gets you started quickly, and we offer tuition reimbursement to support your continued professional growth.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must hold a Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Candidates with a history of DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions may not be eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please ask a recruiter for details on how to qualify for our sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
