We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering opportunities for both solo and team operations. Solo drivers can expect a consistent schedule with an average of 2,000+ miles per week, typically spending 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home. Our top-performing solo drivers earn over $1,525 weekly, with an average annual income of $78,000.

For those seeking a team environment, we offer a competitive split pay structure ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM, with teams averaging 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing new teammates on board.

Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We provide paid orientation to get you started and tuition reimbursement to support your professional growth.

Hiring Process & Application

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with specific restrictions regarding preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 2 to 10 years depending on the circumstance. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
