About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities designed for long-haul comfort, including leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27-inch TVs.
Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
Our pay structure rewards tenure and performance. Drivers earn a CPM rate that increases with experience, ranging from .53 CPM for those with 1–2 years of experience to .57 CPM for drivers with 3+ years. All tiers include a .30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k plan.
Driver Lifestyle & Policies
We understand that life on the road extends beyond the cab. We welcome drivers with pets, offering a $300 refundable deposit that can be paid in full or split into six monthly payments of $50. Our trucks are equipped with CB radios and ample space for personal items, ensuring a comfortable environment for long hauls.
