The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers a genuine opportunity to drive modern equipment while building a career with a company that values its drivers.

Day in the Life

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and remain eligible for benefits like Paid Time Off, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Our Equipment

We equip our drivers with the latest technology and comfort features to ensure a smooth journey. Our fleet consists of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios.
