About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM.
If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

Compensation Highlights
Solo drivers can earn between 56 and 60 CPM based on experience and location. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split) for team drivers. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is also available for specific qualifying roles.
Application & Hiring
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, adhering to strict safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
