About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting pay of 62 to 64 cents per practical mile. You will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life, enjoying flexible home time options and a supportive environment.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and provide paid orientation time. To apply, you must meet the following criteria: hold a CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years, and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years. Candidates must also be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
