About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities like APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We provide flexible home time options and a supportive environment where you can easily out-earn your weekly guarantee.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and offer paid orientation time to ensure you are ready to hit the road. To join our team, you must have a valid CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, be at least 21 years of age, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years and be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
