About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting pay of 62 to 64 cents per practical mile. You will enjoy flexible home time options and a supportive environment that values professional management and driver quality of life.

Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and offer paid orientation time. To join our family-owned team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a 12-month CDL-A history and a clean driving record free of major MVR or CSA violations within the last three years.
