About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting pay of 62 to 64 CPM on practical miles. We eliminate the frustration of outdated mileage calculations by using no HHG or Rand McNally, ensuring you are paid accurately for the miles you drive.

Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of experience. Candidates must have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years. All applicants must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
