About the Role

This role is specifically designed for CDL-A recent graduates ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. The position offers a structured path from paid training to your first solo load, ensuring you have support every mile of the way.
As a driver with Bison, you will operate late-model van and reefer trailers on consistent OTR routes. The role focuses on providing steady miles and reliable work, allowing you to gain valuable experience while earning competitive pay. After completing the training program, you will be assigned your own truck and begin your independent journey with the company.
The Training Experience
We believe in investing in our drivers. New hires undergo a comprehensive training program that includes three days of orientation, five days of classroom and terminal training, and four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced mentor. A fast-track option is available for qualified candidates, potentially reducing in-cab training to two weeks based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
