Class A CDL Company Driver

About the Role

We are immediately hiring a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Golden, CO. This position offers a local home-daily route, allowing you to return home every night while working with a company that values your safety and independence. As a Ryder Driver, you are the Captain of your truck, empowered to make safety decisions with your job protected.

The Day-to-Day

You will operate a Day Cab tractor with a 53' Dry Van trailer, focusing primarily on yard and shuttling duties within a 3-mile radius. The freight is non-touch, meaning the role is 90% focused on strong backing skills and yard switching. You will work a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, with shifts starting at 9:45 PM. While 40 hours per week are guaranteed, overtime is required, and peak season opportunities can increase earnings significantly.

Drivers on this account earn an average of $1,400 weekly, with an hourly rate of $29.87, a $4.00 shift differential, and potential peak season earnings up to $1,900.
