About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route. This position offers the stability of home weekly, allowing you to maintain a consistent work-life balance while earning an average of $1,450 per week. You will be driving newer equipment, with an average age of 18 months, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride.
What You'll Experience
As a dedicated driver, you will handle 100% touch freight, meaning you will be involved in both loading and unloading your loads. The role includes additional compensation opportunities through unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay. Drivers are paid based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, with rates varying by route and experience level.
Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation program that begins upon completion and hiring. To apply, candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having a minimum of three months of driving experience. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.
Our Commitment to Safety and Culture
We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Similarly, we require no more than two moving violations in the last two years. We also enforce strict policies regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions to ensure a safe working environment for our team and the public.
